Google is continuously updating this app with new features to enhance the photographic experience. Therefore, users can save their pictures and videos for number of years without any loss.

Here we are providing list of tricks to help you to make the most of its photographic magic.
  • Get thumbnails larger or smaller by pinching in or out on the main gallery.
  • You can swipe on the screen to jump back to your main image list while viewing any image.
  • If you want to jump to a specific date then on the right side of screen touch the quick-scroll icon.
  • Touch your finger to the first image to make it highlighted and then drag your finger to quickly select a whole set of images.
  • Try using multiple search terms together if you are searching for something specific in your collection.
  • Recently uploaded images can be checked by clicking the link labeled show more followed by recently added.
  • You can change the date of a photo by selecting it then clicking on the menu in upper right corner.
  • If you want to create a backup for all your images then go to the settings and select backup & sync then Backup device folders.
  • The best way to delete your phone’s local gallery click on “free up device storage” in the photo app’s settings.
  • Visit Google’s takeout tool for a one time batch download of your entire collection.
  • If you want to share your picture then select that image and tap the share icon at the top of the screen and select create link.
  • If you don’t want to include your location then go to photo’s main settings and select “Remove geolocation”.
